Braidifye Policies

• A nonrefundable deposit of $50 is required when booking and will go towards your final cost.

• Please provide a minimum of 72 hours for appointment changes or cancellations to avoid being charged 50% of the service.

• Same day of cancellation or NO-SHOW will result in being charged 50% of service.

• Consultations are required for loc clients. Please text 704-904-1377 to schedule your consultation before booking.

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes late you will be charged an additional $15.

• Appointment arrival after 30 minutes will be considered a no call/no show and you will be charged 50% of service.

• If you will like to be filmed for our social media page please let us know in the form while booking to receive $10 discount.

Where are we located?

We are located at 1118 Sam Newell Road, Matthews, NC Unit A

Where can I park?

Free parking is located right in front of Braidifye Hair Studio.

What services do you offer?

We offer knotless braids, classic box braids, twists, loc services, and stitch braid services dedicated to women and men.

Is hair included in the price of each service?

Yes hair is included in all braid services in colors 1,1B,2,4,27,30,613 except for sew in styles.

How do I prepare for my hair appointment?

Complimentary shampoos will be provided for all services starting December 1st 2024.

You must come with your hair completely detangled to not result being charged additional $30.

How long do services typically take?

We do not rush our work here at Braidifye Hair Studio. For longer styles we try our best to work at an efficient pace for our customers. Please plan ahead if you are booking small/smedium services.

Is there wifi because I work from home?

Yes, we have free wifi our clients can use as well as a desk for work from home clients.

When do bookings open?

Bookings open every 3rd Sunday of the month prior. (ex November 2024 bookings open October 20th 2024)

What form of payments are allowed?

Cash and Zelle only is accepted for remaining balance. Starting January 14th 2025 we will only accept debit or credit.

Are children allowed while I am getting serviced?

No, children are not allowed in this environment. We want to ensure that all of our guests are receiving a relaxing and luxury experience here at Braidifye Hair Studio.

What does is mean to be a VIP member?

Being a VIP member here at Braidifye Hair Studio you will be eligible to receive 10% off all services. You will be the first to hear about new and upcoming exclusive specials. Membership is $29.99 a month.
